Suggest a Word
Think a word should count in our game, or that one shouldn’t? Tell us. Every suggestion is read by our editor, Richard Elson, and accepted words are added to the game and the solver.
What we usually add
- Common English words that most adults would recognize.
- Everyday words from American English, including food, sports and pop-culture words that have become standard.
- Spelling variants that are widely used in the US.
What we don’t add
- Proper nouns (names of people, places and brands), abbreviations and hyphenated words.
- Offensive words and slurs.
- Very rare, technical or archaic words. These may already count as bonus words in our game.
